Stille · a working sketch

How you tend
to show up

One current, sounded from twenty-four questions. This reads a single dimension — Extraversion, where you find your energy — and reads it closely. Around ten minutes. At the end: a sketch we made of you, saved so you can come back to it.

Used only to title the sketch.

Your answers are compared with others of a similar age and sex — that comparison is what turns raw answers into a sketch.

Comparison groups are split by sex because average sociability differs a little between men and women. Pick whichever fits, or compare against everyone if your identity isn't one that fits inside a box.

Part one · the questions

Twenty-four
soundings

For each, how accurately it describes you — from very inaccurate to very accurate. There are no right answers; go with your first instinct. Some things to keep in mind. Answer as you are now, not as you’d like to be. And compare yourself to people you know who are about your age and the same sex as you.

Part two · sounds like me?

The observations

Here are the observations your answers point to, one at a time. For each, say whether it sounds like you or not. There's no wrong answer, and pushing one away shapes the sketch as much as keeping one.

Part three · what you're reaching for

The values

Personality is how you tend to operate; values are what you want to move toward. Four values sit near this part of you. Tap any that you're reaching for — one, a few, all four, or none at all. There's no right number.

Tap any that land. None is a real answer too.

Extraversion, sounded closer

Six facets, each placed by how strongly it runs — deeper means stronger, not better. The lamplight marks the facet that most sets them apart.

Depth marks how strongly a facet runs — not whether it is good weather or bad.

What landed, and what didn't

The observations, sorted by how they were answered — where the sketch fits and where it slips.

The values, picked

Free pick — any, all, or none; no order. Picking none is a signal in itself, not a failure of the exercise. Coaching walks the words under whatever was picked.

A note on the beats. The observations are drawn from the canonical Extraversion band copy (blank-line-separated beats, per content/02_extraversion.md) — the settled interpretive content. The values are the locked four-value shortlist (decisions_locked.md § Values layer).
